The room at Shangrilaherzele was smaller than expected, but it was still very clean and well-maintained. The unique interior design of the room added a touch of charm, although I understand it may not be to everyone's taste. The hotel itself has a museum-like ambience, which I found fascinating. The host, Guy, was welcoming and attentive when needed. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, unique interior, and friendly host.

Spotlessly clean rooms with medium-sized, comfortable beds. Good standard marble bathrooms, shower only. Extremely quiet setting with rooms backing onto neighboring gardens. Self-service buffet breakfast with a good choice of quality food. Warm and friendly hosts who provide good communication throughout the trip.

The furnishings were delightfully quirky and eclectic, giving the hotel a unique and charming vibe. They even made an effort to supply us with fresh bread and cheese for breakfast during the Easter weekend when most places were closed. We also appreciated that they allowed us to keep our bikes inside without any issues.
